What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. Our model is wearing XS or S. If you need size recommendation, please leave message in our chatbox. More size help>

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind, please contact us at care@berlook.con to confirm! While we wish could, once an order is shipped out, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Are there any steps to take before returning my order?

Please contact us at to request a return. We do not recommend ask your return in a chatbox. If your return is lost and you have no proof of the return being sent out, we are unable to process your return.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to most of the countries world wide. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. More shipping information>

Taxes & Duties

Will I have to pay taxes/duties in my home country?

Generally, there are no taxes and duties need to be paid. And there is no hidden fee.

Is your swimwear padded?

Most of our swimwear has removable padding.

Is there a way to know when items will be back in stock?

Most of our out of stock products will be back in stock in the near future, except the final sale ones. Please leave message on our chatbox, we'd be happy to notify you when it is back in stock.
